When you purchase access to an Event, we collect the following Personal Information from you:

  • Account information, such as your username.

  • Commercial information, such as information about your order, including specifics about which Event you purchased and any related features, offerings, promotions, or perks.

  • Financial information, such as your payment method, payment card details, and billing information.

  • If You Watch, Attend, or Participate in an Event

1.4 If You Watch, Attend, or Participate in an Event

When you attend or participate in an Event, including when you ask a question, make a comment, or write a message in the chat box, we collect the following Personal Information from you:

  • Account information, such as your username.

  • Internet and network activity, such as the browser you used, your browsing and search history, and your interaction with the features of our Platform, which is described in more detail below in Section 4 on Cookies.

  • User generated content, such as and any chats, comments, or other messages that you may post, send, or communicate through the Platform or application where the Event is streamed.

  • Audio and video recordings that we may take of the Event and retain or replay on the Platform, our social media channels, or other applications.

  • Inferences and preferences, such as other Events content, merchandise, or other offerings and services that may interest you.

1.5 If You Interact with Us on Social Media

You may interact with us on social media (e.g., Twitch, TikTok, or YouTube) if you view or stream Events on one of our channels; follow or subscribe to one of our channels; or, link or sign in with your social media account. If you do, we may collect the following Personal Information from you and through that social media channel depending on the features of that social media channel and what setting you may have enabled:

  • Personal identifiers, such as your name, phone number, email, and address.

  • Your social media account information, such as your profile name, URL, friends, followers, likes, interests, posted messages, and other content.

  • Education information, such as your education history, if applicable and you have shared this information with us.

  • Professional or employment-related information, such as your work history, if applicable and you have shared this information with us.

  • Characteristics, such as your birth date, age, gender, or marital status, if applicable and you have shared this information with us.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use the Personal Information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • Operating our Platform and Providing You with Services. We use your Personal Information to operate, maintain, provide, create, and develop all of the features and functionalities found on our Platform.
