Stream To Kick

Kick streaming uses a Server URL and Stream Key from your Kick Creator dashboard. This guide shows how to retrieve them and configure them in the Produce page Restream section.

What You Need

  • A Kick creator account with streaming enabled.
  • A ShowUs show ready on the Produce page.
  • Your Kick stream destination details: Server URL and Stream Key.

Step 1: Retrieve Kick Stream API Key

  1. Sign in to Kick and open your Creator Dashboard.
  2. Go to settings.
  3. Copy the Information:
    • Server URL (RTMP/RTMPS ingest endpoint)
    • Stream Key
  4. Copy both values exactly.
  5. Keep your stream key private. Anyone with it can stream to your Kick channel.

Step 2: Add Kick Destination In Produce Page

  1. Open your show in the Produce page.
  2. In the Restream section, paste your stream Server URL and Stream Key into the appropriate fields.
  3. Click Add Destination.
  4. Confirm the Kick destination appears in the destination list.
  5. If it shows as Disabled, click Enable.

Important Notes

  • If streaming fails, regenerate the key in Kick and update your destination in ShowUs.
  • Use the exact server URL provided by Kick for best compatibility.
  • Do not share your Stream Key in chat, screenshots, or recordings.
